Sunday, September 27th - service begins at 5pm. The address is 517 W Walton Blvd, Pontiac, MI 48340.

You definitely want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to claim your seat, maybe earlier for Launch Sunday.

Once you park your vehicle, you will see a large feather banner that will help guide you to the main entrance. Expect to be welcomed when you enter, and then you can make your way to your seat.

You can come as you are! You’ll see everything from jeans and sneakers to Sunday best. Just come ready to worship God!

Expect the service to be 75-90 minutes. You can expect dynamic worship, prayer, preaching and community. There will be a moment where we take up an offering, but it is not expected for you to give (especially if it’s your first time). We want your first service to bless you!

All kids are welcome to be a part of Anchor City Church! There is a safe, and sanitized nursery available for little ones if needed.

No - However, we do acknowledge and honor all of our guests at the service as a way of saying “Thank you” for worshipping with us.
It’s not always easy to visit a church where you don’t know anyone. One way you can plan your service experience is to simply connect with us and we can make plans with you! Meet our Pastor
“Hello, my name is Matt Anderson. I have been happily married to my beautiful wife, Salma, for the last three and a half years. We have served in various ministry capacities, such as youth ministry, music, and other areas wherever needed. It is our honor and privilege to serve as lead pastors of Anchor City Church.
As of late, we have felt the call and burden to launch a church where lives are transformed for the glory of God. Since we have been married, we have fallen in love with this area, but we see a great need of an apostolic move of God in this region. We are moving forward full of faith that God is going to pour out His Spirit. People are going to encounter new hope, and a new future in Christ.
We envision a church where people are transformed by the power of the Gospel and are equipped to live out their God-given purpose. We see more than a gathering - we see a people empowered to go make disciples and make a difference to our surrounding communities. We see a church where people will experience His unconditional love, discover His timeless truth, and live to His name.
If this is your first time hearing about Anchor City Church, we hope that this is an answered prayer. If you feel far from God, drifting through life, or looking for new hope, let this be your sign that God is calling you to be anchored in Him.
